On being yourself and being genuine

I have loved hats for as long as I can remember.  My father would come from various business trips with a new hat or matchbox car for me.  Like an idiot I destroyed or sold off most of the matchbox cars, but I still have quite a few of the hats.  When I first went into business on my own I thought “Hey I can wear my Stetson and no one can tell me otherwise”.  From day one it was a hit and the rest is history as they say.  It works for me because I love hats and they are a genuine part of who I am.  My two cents worth of advice is be yourself and be genuine to who you are.  It will carry through all that you do, and will serve you well in life.
