It isn’t always about art

Today we celebrated a birthday and I thought it would be a good time to mention and show that sometimes photography is about documenting a moment. I didn’t want to micro manage the scene, but rather I was trying to capture a slice of life. We were in the middle of breakfast when my son decided it was time to start opening his gifts, so the scene is a little cluttered, but hey that’s life.
